I was born and raised in Odisha, and for most of my early life, I lived like a blessed child — receiving everything I desired, often without even asking. I was never spiritual or religious growing up. In fact, I didn’t believe in any of it.But life had its own plans.In my early 20s, everything changed. My father passed away unexpectedly. That loss shattered our family emotionally and financially. I was just stepping into my career, working hard to stabilize things — but inside, I was completely lost.I began struggling with severe depression and panic attacks. I sought help from psychiatrists, tried therapies and medicines, but nothing brought true peace. I felt like I was drowning.Then, something strange began happening — my eyes started opening every day at 3:00 AM, what I later learned is called Brahma Muhurta, the most spiritual hour of the day. At that time, I didn’t understand what was happening to me — I thought I was broken.But in reality, that was the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

Desperate for healing, I turned to meditation and started reading the Bhagavad Gita. These weren’t just words — they became lifelines. I had no guide, no teacher. It was just me, my pain, and the divine energy that slowly began to hold me.I was also working in the corporate world, dealing with immense pressure, yet nothing stable enough to help my family. But I never gave up — I kept going, silently hoping for a sign.That sign came when I met a spiritual mentor — purely by coincidence. He looked at me and said,“You are highly intuitive. You were born to help others heal. This is your purpose.”That was the day my life truly shifted.
